Newman ADR provides support in neutral evaluation when one or both parties are seeking the advice of an experienced attorney, concerning the strength of their cases.
Objective evaluation can sometimes move parties away from unrealistic positions, or at least provide them with more insight into their cases’ strengths and weaknesses.
Newman ADR will work with both parties to provide fairness and objectivity as the neutral third-party, and increase chances for success by their willingness to compromise.
